About Sigil
Sigil is centrally managed email signatures for Microsoft 365, built and run by a small UK company. This page says who is behind it and how to reach us.
Where Sigil comes from
Sigil started on its founder’s own Microsoft 365 tenant, as an in-house alternative to the paid signature tool that tenant was using, built by the person administering it.
Who builds it
Chris Greenacre, founder. Chris is a senior systems administrator who runs Microsoft 365 for real organisations and builds Sigil alongside that work.

Sigil is hosted on Cloudflare and signs users in with Microsoft Entra ID. The security overview lists the exact Microsoft Graph permissions it requests and the sub-processors it relies on.
