Sigil is centrally managed email signatures for Microsoft 365, built and run by a small UK company. This page says who is behind it and how to reach us.
Where Sigil comes from
Sigil started as a replacement for a paid Exclaimer subscription on its founder’s own Microsoft 365 tenant, built by the person who was administering that tenant.
Who builds it
Chris Greenacre, founder. Chris is a senior systems administrator who runs Microsoft 365 for real organisations and builds Sigil alongside that work.

Sigil is hosted on Cloudflare and signs users in with Microsoft Entra ID. The security overview lists the exact Microsoft Graph permissions it requests and the sub-processors it relies on.
