A free NFR tenant
Not-for-resale licences covering your own mailboxes, free for as long as you’re a partner. Run your own signatures on Sigil, learn it properly, and demo from a live tenant instead of a slide.
Sigil’s MSP programme gives you a free tenant of your own, every customer in one pane, margin on every seat, and a product that deploys in minutes without touching a client’s mail flow. Register your interest and we’ll come back to you within a working day.
No joining fee · no seat minimums · £0.70 per mailbox / month list, partner rates below it
Everything in the programme, in full. No tiers to climb before the useful parts unlock.
Not-for-resale licences covering your own mailboxes, free for as long as you’re a partner. Run your own signatures on Sigil, learn it properly, and demo from a live tenant instead of a slide.
One Clients list covering every tenant you look after, with its seat count, user count and whether a signature is live yet. Open any of them and you’re working inside that tenant — no second sign-in, because your staff hold no account in the client’s directory at all.
Your own percentage off list, applied to the whole aggregated subscription, so you resell at your own price and keep the difference. Same flat per-seat model underneath — no tiers and no feature gates to explain to a client.
A single monthly subscription charged in arrears on the sum of your clients’ seats, rather than a card per tenant. Alongside it, a daily per-client seat record you can export as CSV and push into your PSA — seats read from each directory, so there’s nothing to reconcile.
Invite a new client and follow the invite through to redemption — you can see whether it was opened, stalled or completed, so you know when to pick up the phone. Tenants already running Sigil can transfer in with their own admin’s approval, and release cleanly back to direct billing if you ever part ways.
Sigil applies signatures client-side in Outlook. No connectors, no transport rules, no MX changes — so you never become a dependency in a client’s mail flow, and offboarding leaves nothing behind to unpick.
Open any client and its Activity view cross-references that directory against what has actually applied — how many mailboxes are covered, and the list that never have. “Signatures are handled” becomes a number you can show that client, and a gap list you can go and close.
Owner, admin, technician and billing roles, and you can pin any staff member to a named subset of clients. Nobody shares a login — and because your people are never users in a client’s tenant, removing someone at your end cuts their access to every client at once.
Read-only Graph permissions, with no write permission requested anywhere. Link analytics keep no IP addresses, no recipient identities and no message content, and the per-click detail expires after 90 days. One less thing to defend when a client’s security questionnaire lands on your desk.
No partner touches a client’s data until the sub-processor agreement is accepted — that gate is enforced in the product, not promised in a contract. Everything after it (client added, staff granted, client released) lands in an append-only partner log.
A direct escalation path past the standard queue, early access to what’s coming, and real input into the roadmap. The first cohort of partners shapes what this programme becomes.
Signatures are the sort of thing clients notice the moment they go wrong and never mention when they’re right. Sigil turns them into something you set up once per client and can then prove is working, instead of a recurring ticket queue.
Fill in the form below with a bit about your practice. It takes a minute, and there’s no commitment at the end of it.
We’ll get back to you within a working day to talk through your estate, partner rates, and how you’d want to bill it.
Free licences for your own mailboxes, plus a walkthrough of the partner console, so you can run Sigil on yourself before you sell it.
Send them an invite; they grant admin consent and deploy through Microsoft 365 Integrated apps. Then add tenants as you win them, onto the one bill.
A minute of your time, and a reply from a real person. Nothing is automated, and nobody gets added to a drip campaign.
No. Sigil has no minimum seat count for anyone, and the partner programme doesn’t add one. Bring two customers or two hundred — a five-person client is as welcome as a five-thousand-seat one, and shared mailboxes are free either way.
No. There’s no joining fee, no annual partner levy and no revenue commitment. Your NFR licences are free for as long as you’re a partner, and you only ever pay for the customer seats you’re actually billing for.
You do, and the programme runs one way round: we bill you for your clients’ seats at your discounted rate, and you bill them under your own agreements at whatever price you set. We never invoice your clients or hold a card for them. To be clear about what this isn’t — there’s no referral or commission arrangement. The discount on your own bill is the entire commercial mechanism, so it only pays if you’re the one carrying the billing. You’re very welcome to point someone our way if managing them doesn’t suit you; we just won’t pretend there’s a cheque in it.
Not today. The client-facing portal is Sigil-branded, and white-labelling — your domain, logo and colours — is a later phase of the programme rather than something we can switch on for you now. Do tell us what you need, because the first cohort is shaping the order this work lands in, but we would rather you heard that plainly than signed up expecting it.
We’re onboarding partners in small cohorts so each one gets proper attention, rather than opening the doors and hoping. That means early partners get a real say in how the programme and the multi-tenant tooling develop — and it means we’ll be honest with you about what’s shipped and what’s still being built.
